Your Right to Erasure
At Business Labo (operated by Breezy ArtDrop Studios), we respect your privacy and provide clear, transparent methods to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: Self-Service Deletion (Instant)
If you have an active account and can log in, you can delete your account directly from your settings:
- Sign in to your Business Labo account.
- Navigate to Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Method 2: Email Request (Assisted Deletion)
If you are unable to access your account, signed in via Google and cannot log in, or prefer our team to handle the deletion manually:
- Send an email to privacy@breezyartdrop.com or breezyartdropmedia@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: “Data & Account Deletion Request”.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Business Labo or Google OAuth account.
- Our data privacy team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 7 business days.
Revoke Google Account Access
If you registered or signed in using Google OAuth, you can also revoke Business Labo’s access to your Google Account at any time directly through Google:
Visit Google Account Security: Third-party apps with account access and click Remove Access next to Business Labo.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon confirmation of account deletion, we permanently purge:
- Your user profile, name, email address, headline, avatar, and bio.
- Your Google OAuth identifier and authentication tokens.
- Your saved roadmap progress, private messages, and notifications.
- All sessions and stored authentication cookies.
Retention Exceptions
We do not retain personal data after account deletion, with the sole exception of records strictly required to comply with statutory legal, taxation, or accounting obligations (such as payment receipts issued through Paystack), which are securely archived for the legally required period and then destroyed.
