1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Business Labo (“Service” or “Platform”), operated by Breezy ArtDrop Studios (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at https://bizlabo.breezyartdrop.com.

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Accounts and Authentication

To access features such as asking questions, participating in discussions, showcasing businesses, or booking expert services, you must register an account:

• You may sign up directly using your email address and password or through third-party authentication (“Sign in with Google”).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. User Content & Community Conduct

Business Labo is a constructive space for entrepreneurs, business builders, and professionals. You agree not to post content or engage in activities that:

• Are fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory.
• Promote get-rich-quick schemes, unsolicited spam, pyramid schemes, or illegal activities.
• Infringe upon intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secrets of others.
• Harass, abuse, intimidate, or discriminate against other community members.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.

We reserve the right to review, edit, unpublish, or delete any content or suspend any account that violates these standards.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all ideas, posts, questions, and content you publish on Business Labo. By posting, you grant Business Labo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format your content on the platform.

Platform IP: All trademarks, logos, visual designs, brand assets, software code, and educational frameworks (including the 11-stage Business Journey roadmap) are the exclusive property of Breezy ArtDrop Studios and Business Labo.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features, including Builder Pro membership, may require paid subscription fees. Payments are securely processed through Paystack. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring billing in accordance with your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing. Access remains active through the end of your prepaid period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable local law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Business Labo provides tools, community networking, and educational resources “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Business advice shared by members or experts represents individual opinion and does not constitute formal legal, financial, or tax counsel.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy ArtDrop Studios, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
