1. About Business Labo and This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Business Labo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Breezy ArtDrop Studios, accessible at https://bizlabo.breezyartdrop.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our platform, services, and related applications.

B. Information Received from Google (OAuth Sign-In)
When you choose to register or sign in to Business Labo using your Google Account (“Sign in with Google”), we request access only to basic profile information:
- Google User ID: A unique identifier to link your Google login to your Business Labo account.
- Primary Email Address: To verify your account, send security notices, and manage your sign-in.
- Full Name & Profile Avatar: To automatically populate your display name and avatar photo (which you can modify anytime in Settings).
We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other sensitive or restricted Google data scopes.
C. Information Collected Automatically
- Technical and Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and standard server log timestamps.
- Cookies and Session Tokens: Secure HTTP-only cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Business Labo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In strict compliance with Google Limited Use requirements:
- No Advertising: Google user data is never used or transferred for serving advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
- No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data to any third party under any circumstances.
- No AI/ML Training: Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
- Human Access Restrictions: Human employees or contractors do not read or inspect your Google user data unless you have given explicit consent to resolve a specific technical issue, it is necessary for security reasons, or required by applicable law.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process your information solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- To authenticate your identity, create your user account, and maintain your session.
- To provide the core features of Business Labo (business roadmaps, discussions, questions, and expert connections).
- To send transactional emails, including verification codes, password resets, and critical account security alerts.
- To enforce our community guidelines, prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and secure the platform.
- To process optional subscription billing securely through our certified payment processor (Paystack).
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers who assist in operating our platform, bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:
- Neon Database Inc. (PostgreSQL & Managed Auth): Cloud database storage and user authentication infrastructure located in secure EU data centers.
- Vercel Inc.: Application hosting, edge delivery, and deployment infrastructure.
- Paystack Payments Limited: PCI-DSS certified payment gateway for processing optional subscriptions. We never receive or store your payment card numbers.
- Google Cloud (OAuth 2.0): Identity provider used solely for optional user sign-in.
6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) and encrypted at rest within our managed database.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal identifying information is permanently removed from active production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have complete control over your personal data:
- Access and Update: You can review and edit your profile details at any time in your Profile Settings.
- Revoke Google Access: You can disconnect or revoke Business Labo’s access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Security Settings (Third-party apps with account access).

8. International Data Transfers
Business Labo is based in Ghana, West Africa, and utilizes cloud infrastructure located in Europe and North America. By using our service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed on secure servers located outside of your country of residence.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When updates occur, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Business Labo following any revisions indicates your acceptance.
